I read a really interesting article by a woman named Brenda Gaines- it`s the (1. cover) cover story in business 2000 magazine this week.  She`s a reporter for the magazine, and to (2. piece) _____________ a story explaining the poor customer service at a cell phone company she secretly got a job as a representative and worked there for a month.
